General information and facts pertaining to the oil and natural gas industry in Saskatchewan.

The mandate to ensure full and responsible development of Saskatchewan's oil and gas resources is set out in a number of Acts and Regulations. Oil and Gas pools, vertical well drainage units and target areas and regulations governing the production of oil and gas are further defined by Minister's Orders. New Minister's Orders and Public Notices issued under The Oil and Gas Conservation Act are published weekly and posted on the Public Notice Bulletin Board.

Information and support on well and facility licences, licence transfers, explosive permits for seismic exploration and permits to conduct seismic exploration. General information on Petroleum & Natural Gas Field operations and environmental and safety requirements is also included.
